HVLM and LVHM: Getting the mix right

Flexibility is our forte. Consequently, we produce a multitude of products for the widest variety of sectors and customers. Whether the need is for high-volume low-mix or low-volume high-mix, at Zollner the same high standards apply – and that is true of each area of technology.

In the case of LVHM products it is our flexible, innovative production workflows and processes, backed up by the appropriate software, that form an important basis for our efficiency. This enables us to manage a variety of well over 10,000 different products with their frequent need for modification. In the field of LVHM with some 1,000 new product introductions annually, we make a special point of taking our customers through the entire product life cycle.

For HVLM products we are able to design dedicated automated production lines. We can manufacture this equipment either inhouse or with the help of our network of partners. Here quality aspects play as significant a role as meeting logistic requirements. In this way we can produce high-volume products to the same high standards at each of our domestic or foreign sites: with maximum cost-efficiency and maximum flexibility.
