Zollner Elektronik AG convinces through visions in personnel strategy
This year the Zollner Elektronik AG, located in the Bavarian village Zandt, received the award „Employer of the year 2005“. On Friday the 27th of January, mentor Mr. Wolfgang Clement presented the desired award to the chairman Mr. Johann Weber in the Nuremberg Schindlerhof. The electronics specialist succeeds in combining the strengths of a traditional family enterprise with the advantages of a modern medium-sized company. Furthermore a wide range of modern instruments clearly reflects the professionalism of the personnel management. The top-class jury was deeply impressed by the high degree, the personnel work is integrated into the corporate strategy and the way the management succeeds in getting all employees “in one boat”. Apart from the title "Employer of the Year" Zollner also receives the award in the category vision & guidance. back |
