The expression quality also means environmental protection as well as occupational health and risk management for us: And when it comes to protecting the environment and the health of our employees, we do a lot more than demanded by law.
Our high quality standards are ensured through forward-looking planning with suitable accompanying and periodic tests. Thus we regularly amend our processes, production sites and equipment in line with the state of the art.
We include our employees, all the production processes, services and business flows of our company in our Continuous Improvement Processes [CIP]. The objectives are a high degree of efficiency and efficacy. In this respect, for the benefit of our customers we avail of the benefits of the Six Sigma Methods. The avoidance of manufacturing waste [MUDA] is also one of our primary objectives. We are convinced: The sum total of the small changes has a major impact.
By the way, in 1993 our German plants were certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 [our Hungarian plant in Vác in 1997]. And with the certification of the departments which are involved in the production of automotive products to ISO/TS 16949 we fulfil the needs of our automotive customers. Furthermore, our environment management system has been certified to DIN EN ISO 14001 and our occupational health and risk management system to OHRIS. |
