7. Safety tests
Safety where product liability is concerned: because as a systems supplier we also produce complete devices, we perform the necessary safety tests in conformance with the respective standards: high-voltage, protective conductor, insulation and discharge current tests. This applies in particular to medical electronics and all mains-operated devices.
8. ESS – Environmental stress screening
We go to the limits, performing ESS endurance tests such as high and low temperature cycle tests [e.g. -40° to +80°C, also referred to as run-in], climatic tests under changing humidity conditions, vibration tests, etc. Wherever qualifications or series tests are at issue, you’ll always be on the safe side.
