1. AOI – Automated Optical Inspection
Mechanical optical inspection: we inspect PCB soldering points and perform an optical check of visible parts such as displays on radio front panels.
2. AXI – Automated x-ray inspection
Thorough optical inspection: for AXI we use the 3D laminography method for optimum soldering point inspection.
3. ICT – In-circuit testing
Electrical testing of extremely complex printed circuit boards: ICT testing can also be combined with other methods, e.g. BSCAN or functional testing. A further advantage: components can be programmed during the test.
4. Flying probe
The ideal test procedure for small series and prototyping.
