3. Pressfit technology

In pressfit technology the component is not soldered, but fixed in position on the printed circuit board by means of pressfit pins [rigid/flexible pressfit zone]. Zollner employs this method for permanent and reliable connection in a wide range of products: for connectors, components and multilayer bus wiring. Our equipment ranges from semi-automatic machines with force and distance monitoring to a fully automatic NC press.
