From idea stage right through to production. In close co-operation with one of our customers from the automotive sector, we have developed an innovative Xenon ignition module. The aim of the development work was to create a device that was as small as possible. We also had to satisfy stringent technical standards as well as guaranteeing a high level of safety and reliability.

For the production of the Xenon ignition module, Zollner developed a special production line which enabled almost fully-automated manufacture of the high volume product. More than five million Xenon ignition modules have already been produced this way.
