For many years now considerable significance has been attached to training at Zollner. In the meantime we have trained over 1,000 young people as qualified specialists. By the way, around 7 per cent of our work force comprises trainees! Thus making our trainee ratio well above the average for German industrial companies!
We offer a choice of 21 different commercial and technical apprenticeships, including eight dual courses for high school seniors. 80 per cent of these are accounted for by technical vocations and university courses, e.g. Electrician – Devices and systems, Mechatronics and Bachelor. |
