This is why we promote open and cooperative dialogue with our customers, as well as with suppliers, universities, associations, public agencies and with the general public. For only with mutual understanding can joint goals be achieved.

At university level there is a technological exchange with universities, polytechnics and colleges.

We place the same high demands on our supplier network as we do on ourselves. This applies to the quality of their products and services, just as it does to the flexibility, reliability and speed displayed in the cooperation. We attach just as much value to a cooperation between our suppliers and customers.

We select, qualify, evaluate and develop our suppliers in line with clearly-defined criteria. These include reliability and quality management, experience and references, price-performance ratio as well as the quality of logistics and technical support. All our suppliers are rated every six months: for the sake of consistent quality, and for the sake of our customers.
